Timeworks International is a leading global events management company, and have
been working with Streamline for nearly two years now.
They organise, coordinate and manage events for thousands of delegates at a time.
This process involves everything from inviting the delegates on behalf of the client,
processing delegate responses, arranging flights & hotel accommodation, organising
on-site social events and conferences and, once the event has finished, consolidating
all the information about the event & reporting back to the client.
For their recent events in Seville, they needed a website to invite the delegates
and a database to process the registration information.
Streamline wrote a website to handle the online registrations, and also provided
a comprehensive database for the Timeworks office staff to keep track of registrations
and produce regular reports for the client (which were made available to their client
via the website).
This database was then taken to Spain on a laptop to support the onsite management
of the event and produce more reports for the client.
Streamline have even provided on-site technical support for Timeworks in Spain!
On the back of the success of the Seville event, their client has requested that
they continue to handle the registration and data processing of their ongoing programme
of training events around Europe.
A further website to provide this functionality was written with supporting online
reporting functionality.
