Idealogical
Idealogical are specialists in motivation, incentives and communications.
As part of their core function, they process and allocate rewards for their clients'
employees.
These rewards are held as points in a 'bank account' and the employee can spend
these points on a variety of merchandise items from Idealogical's catalogue.
To support this activity, Idealogical needed several things:
- A banking system to hold the points
- An order processing system to handle the employees' orders
- Full reporting for both banking and order processing
- Flexible data exports to provide data to their clients
We helped Idealogical enhance and improve their existing systems, and still provide
support and computer advice whenever required. This integrated suite of programmes
now manage all aspects of their client business.
